You can find me Saturday and Wednesday on SeriousEats. My column Sunday Brunch comes out every Saturday (so you have time to shop for Sunday) and British Bites comes out every Wednesday and gives me a chance to write about all the British foods that I love. I also contribute to the Boston Globe, writing seasonal recipes as well as the Sunday Supper column.
Recently I've begun to develop recipes for the Taza Chocolate blog, using the chocolate that I develop for the company as well as existing products in new and creative ways. Eating Nose to Tail is my baby - writing about lesser used cuts of meat and occasionally vegetables and fish. All of the photos and food styling attached to my writing are done by me, except for the images for the Boston Globe. |

Blogs of the Past
Here are two blogs of my past, I'll be thrilled if you like them. But please send me a note here, I don't get over to those blogs very much these days. Travels in South East Asia
Written in 2008 about the time I spent traveling through Asia. I traveled with my Mother through Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Singapore. The real purpose of the trip was so that my Mother could look for furniture suppliers but I managed to tag along, eat very well and only make myself a little sick. Toronto Chinatown Blog
Written in 2006, reviews of restaurants in Chinatown. I was also attempting to discuss the changes I was seeing in Chinatown. It's apparent transition from Chinatown to Asiatown through the integration of Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai and other ethnically different restaurants. |
