A Quick Bio
Since completing my graduate degree in Food Studies and Gastronomy from Boston University I've been a Culinary Instructor, a Food Consultant, an Adjunct Faculty member, a Corporate Chef, a Cheesemonger, a Lecturer, and a Product Developer for stone ground chocolate.
I was born in Toronto, and spent a good chunk of my late childhood living on the South Shore of Nova Scotia. My undergrad degree is from the University of Toronto, where I received a BA with a double major in Studio Art and English. After my undergrad I spent 10 years in Boston working a host of different jobs in the food industry. In 2017 I moved to Whitehorse Yukon Territory - it's an amazing spot. I own and operate a food manufacturing facility with my husband Ben Keddy - we make bean to bar chocolate, ice cream and fresh pasta.
In my spare time I walk a couple of old labs and do some yoga. I drink my coffee black and I love soup for breakfast.
